Bruce has lived in the Boothbay Harbor area for years. Bruce began his association with boats in the Boothbay Harbor area when he was just two weeks old, when his parents took him for his first boat ride. Bruce has been messing around in boats ever since.

He began his passenger-carrying career at age 14 serving under Elliot Winslow aboard the Boothbay Harbor tour boat, Argo. He obtained his captain license at 19 and still maintains it today. Bruce is currently licensed by the US Coast Guard for vessels up to 100 tons.

Bruce loves to share his love of the ocean and the area as well as his local knowledge with others. Ask him about the area, he’ll be glad to fill you in.
